Cloud for Defense, the network of companies specialized in cloud systems security that has taken part, with its own stand, at the Data Cloud Congress, which was held in Monaco (Monte Carlo) the June 3rd and 4th of 2015.
The Data Cloud Congress, established in 2005 as datacenters Europe, has taken, during last years, a leading role as a reference for all those working for the IT infrastructure and services.
The 2015 edition had about 1,800 participants from 50 countries and hosted interventions of 150 professionals, including the principal leaders of the European Union, with a works program, intense and with a strong pace, aimed to spread the ideas and the most innovative solutions for the cloud.
It’s important to underline that many countries in northern Europe have considered the Cloud Computing as a “county strategy”, because it can meaningfully stoke their Gross National Product (GPN), by the pull of foreign investments of some Big Firms of the Cloud, like Facebook or Google. Also, it’s a boost for their Public Administration and can create a significant business, which is able to create ten of thousands workplaces.
Unfortunately, Italy is not part of this context. Cloud For Defense was the only Italian Exhibitor.
Cloud for Defense was able to be part of this context because it can offer higher qualifications and skills to the market, for the Cloud Systems’ security. It is also a partner of Cloud Security Alliance Italy, because it’s part of the international organization committed to the promotion and the spread of the most advanced methods for the cloud security.
It’s also important to underline that, besides acquiring important information about the market development of the Cloud Computing in Europe, about 50 company and institution’s delegates approached our booth to asks us information about our initiative and the procedure necessary in order to be part of our network of businesses for the Cloud Security.
As the CEO Leandro Aglieri said, we are convinced that the development of the Cloud for Defense’s Business Plan, will go through the expansion of our network in the main European countries.
